All you have to do is go to your Account Settings and check the box that’s labeled, “Account Privacy.” Once you’ve checked that box, the Client History section will show that the client benefited from a private organization. If you want to allow all other organizations to know that it was your organization that helped the given clients, just uncheck this box, and you’re all set!

For instance, if your organization wants to set a $500 lifetime limit per client, it’s as simple as setting the limit inside of your Financial Cap Settings. Once a client has reached their cap, that client’s ID card will turn red. That way, the next time they come to your facility and you look them up in the MercyHand system, you’ll immediately know that they’ve received all of the financial help your organization has allotted to them.

Managers can send/receive messages from other managers from within their organization or region. The messaging center is in an email style format for familiarity; however, messages never actually leave the MercyHand system. They are self-contained for additional security. Managers will see new messages in their inbox, and can compose, reply, or delete messages from the message center. The message center is also where managers can submit trouble tickets to the MercyHand Support staff.

Along with the message center is the custom-designed MercyHand Chat. Like the message center, the chat allows managers to chat with other managers within their region or their specific organization. The MercyHand Support staff is also accessible within the chat system. The MercyHand Chat is styled after the Facebook chat system for familiarity, and like the message center, it’s self contained. It’s not in any way affiliated with the Facebook chat system.

The primary manager of your organization can choose the roles that each manager has access to in the system. For instance, the primary manager may only want his/her subordinates to process client information, register clients, or create new custom fields for reasons that the client may be visiting that organization. Managers will have as much or little power as the primary manager assigns.

It allows you to find a client based on several sources of information, including but not limited to, name, social security number/green card number, phone number, drivers license number, address, and more. Once you’ve found the correct client, you can submit a request for updated information, or begin selecting the reasons for the client’s visit to your facility. You can also create new options for a clients visit. These options will only be visible to your organization. You can also view historical data for the client to see what goods or services they’ve received from you or others in the past. Don’t worry, we won’t display your organization’s name to others…just what that client received.
